Between Like a Boss Consulting Limited (trading as Mia Butler) and The Client

1. Introduction

Welcome to Sales Lifestyle — a group programme designed to help you create consistent sales results with clarity, structure, and a system that works for you. This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions between us, Like a Boss Consulting Limited (trading as Mia Butler), and you, the Client, for your participation in the programme.

By joining the Sales Lifestyle programme, you are agreeing to the terms outlined below.

2. Programme Description

Sales Lifestyle is an online group coaching and training programme. It includes:

• 12 structured modules delivered across a 16-week period
• Onboarding support to set your goals and get started right
• A mid-point 1:1 review session
• Monthly live sales planning sessions
• Access to templates, tools and resources
• Ongoing support via a dedicated online community
• Optional bonuses as outlined on the sales page or during launch

All elements are delivered online.

3. Programme Fees & Payment

The cost of the programme is:

• £3,000 if paid in full
• Or 6 monthly payments of £515
• Or 12 monthly payments of £258

Payment Terms:

• Instalments are a payment plan, not a subscription. You commit to pay the full amount.
• Payment via credit/debit card.
• We use secure, encrypted processors. We are not liable for third-party breaches.
• Missed payments may result in suspension and 4% annual interest above base rate until resolved.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

This is a non-refundable programme. By enrolling, you agree to commit to the full fee.

If you're a consumer under UK law, a 14-day cooling-off period applies. If you access services during this time, you waive the right to cancel.

• Attend sessions on time and distraction-free
• Participate fully and implement what you learn
• Respect confidentiality and community standards
• Engage openly and complete action steps
• Keep payments up to date

12. Termination

We may terminate access for breach of terms or harmful behaviour. No refund will be issued. This includes disengagement, missed payments, or disruptive conduct.

13. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the programme. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

15. Entire Agreement

This document overrides all prior agreements or discussions. It represents the full agreement between us.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

This agreement is governed by English law. Any disputes will be settled in English courts.

17. Miscellaneous

If any part of this agreement is invalid, the rest remains valid. You cannot transfer your place in the programme without permission. The programme starts only once payment is made and terms accepted.
